Also pretty darn cool is a 300 lb. bike made completely out of bones!
You’ll see awesome animal oddities like two-headed animals, the Merman, the world’s rarest egg, an ostrich skeleton and more at the largest collection of unique animal oddities.
Ripley’s Believe It or Not also has an entire level of interactive exhibits on the 3rd floor, including a giant Lite Brite and “Operation” style game for kids of all ages to enjoy. My kids enjoyed the giant Lite Brite, as you can see they have giant bins of the pegs and kids can go to town creating any design they want.
On the 3rd floor of interactive activities what really caught our eye was the Wax Hands exhibit. My hubby and I decided to have our hands waxed together. It was a fun experience getting to create wax figures of our hands. It turned out perfect…until I accidently smushed it & it stuck to the plastic box in the car on the way home (sad face!)
We enjoyed the 3rd floor a lot as you can see. They have a shadow wall that we all took turns posing and doing funny things by.
We had to take advantage of the great picture opportunities. Every time someone visits Ripley’s I always see them in this giant chair and I always said I’d get a picture in this chair one day! I did finally! 🙂
Did I mention already how COOL this place is!? I wish I recorded our entire walk through just so I could count how many times we said “WOW”, “Oh my gosh”, and “NO WAY”. There is so many more pictures I have and I wish I could post every one of them, but this is a place you just have to see to believe! From the one-of-a-kind artwork, tons more hands-on interactives, and a wicked spinning vortex tunnel that takes you into a rain forest/dinosaur world with a killer waterfall. You must visit Ripley’s Believe It or Not. While you’re here you can even see a hologram of Mr. Ripley himself!
