When it comes to gluten-free, there aren’t a lot of choices when it comes to candy. I was excited to give these candies a try, and even happier that not only are they gluten-free, but they are also gmo-free.
I have yet to try a gluten-free products that I haven’t loved and my kids also try and love. It’s great to know that The Lovely Candy Co. makes candies that taste great and are all natural, which a huge plus.
We first tried the Caramels, both original and the chocolate swirl. Both were a major hit with my husband and myself. They were super creamy and tasted wonderful with just the right amount of sweetness. They are individually wrapped, so they make the perfect snack when you get that sweet tooth.
Next we tried the Fudgee Rolls and Raspberry Fudgee Rolls. These are my daughter’s absolute favorite! I really enjoyed them also but she declared her love for them instantly. How can I eat them all after that?? 🙂
Last we tried the Fruit Chews. Wow! These were amazing! Talk about flavor! There is the Original Chews which are blackberry, cherry, apple flavored and Superfruit Chews which are cranberry, blueberry,raspberry flavored. These are not your typical fruit chew candies, these chews are fresh tasting and made with REAL fruit, and no artificial flavorings. I have texture issues (as does my daughter) and these candies were perfect! They were not waxy tasting and melted in your mouth. These were a hit for all of us. Even my son who is only one enjoys when we break off little pieces for him.
All of the candies I tried are simply delicious!
