When I seen Puracyn I knew that I had to get my hands on it especially the more I read about it. Puracyn uses Microcyn® Technology, if you’re like me and don’t know what that means, here is more information I took from Puracyn’s Website;

With the weather warming up we’re outside constantly and with a 3 year old who never stops running around and 1 year old who just learned how to walk, well let’s just say we get great use out of this product!!

Seriously though the day we got our Puracyn spray and Hydrogel my daughter was outside jumping in puddles after the rain and fell and scrapped up her knee! I normally just wash her boo boos with soap and water and bandage them up, normally it’s a tough fight to put up though while trying to convince her that washing her cuts and scrapes is how we prevent infections because we all know how soap burns those fresh open wounds..and when she hurts herself she’s a bit of a drama queen!

When I calmed her down and told her about our new “boo boo” spray and how it won’t hurt or sting she let me spray her knee and instantly put a smile on her face. She was so pleasantly surprised that all the cleaning consisted of was just a little spray! I also put the Hydragel on her knee and put her Band-aid on. We took the bandage off before bed to let her cut get some air and it was so much better the next morning. My baby girl was literally jumping for joy when she took a look at her cut and knew it was healing. She even asked that I spray her knee one more time so that it can continue to keep healing. By the 2nd-3rd day it was already starting to scab!

Puracyn is my only go to product from now on! I remember being little and being told while getting Neosporin put on my wounds that “it only stings because it’s working” , well Puracyn is obvious proof that wound care does NOT have to sting to work, because I’ve never known a wound care product that cleans and helps heal so quickly!! This product is truly a great one and makes my life so much easier when my children are being children 🙂 seeing as I can’t put them in bubbles when they go outside to play.
